License

- Stream and view course content for your learning.
- Download materials only when explicitly offered for download.
- Use allowed assets in your own practice projects where indicated.
- Redistribute, resell, or share course access or materials.
- Remove watermarks, attribution, or technical protection measures.
- Use the Services to train or power competing content services.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Graphica Courses and/or its licensors.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. The following rules are examples of prohibited conduct and are not exhaustive.

Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or on a specific course page, purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphica Courses and its affiliates, instructors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months prior to the event.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
